| Ordering Information Initial Contact To begin your order, send an email with your thoughts and specifications for your floorcloth, pet portrait or other art object. We can talk later in person or on the phone about the details of your piece. All custom work is created individually and to your specifications including size, shape, and design colors. You will receive directions for measuring, sending paint chips, fabrics, photos, etc. in order to convey your ideas. Fees and Deposits There is a $100 design fee for new (custom) floorcloth designs to cover time spent on drawing. You will receive the rendering prior to the start of the order. It is copyrighted already at this point and the sole property of the artist. The fee is non-refundable but is applied to your floorcloth purchase. When all is decided, and approved new designs require a 50% deposit to confirm the order with the balance due upon shipping. Limited edition designs (including designs with custom colors) are prepaid orders and require no additional fee or deposits. Delivery Time Delivery time is typically six to eight weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the order as well as the studio schedule. Some custom orders may take several months to complete. Your patience is appreciated and rewarded with digital images along the way. Price All prices for floorcloths are based on a square foot price. (length x width x sq. ft. price) Custom floorcloth orders will be quoted according to detail. Limited edition designs range from $35 - $40 per square foot. *Returning customers always receive a 10% discount on any item. Please remind us of previous purchases. Shipping Charges Retail orders ship free within the continental US All Shipping costs via UPS or Fed Ex are charged to wholesale buyers For approximate amounts click here Traditional Pet Portraits Traditional pet portraits will be quoted according to detail and choice of backgrounds. Starting prices are $150 for an 8" x 10" wrapped canvas acrylic painting with a solid background. In the same fashion as floorcloths, traditional portraits can be designed to coordinate with particular color schemes or scenic backgrounds can be added. Please inquire initially by e-mail. Refunds or Exchanges Because all floorcloths and pet portraits are created exclusively for you, there are no refunds or exchanges allowed. Please be upfront with any concerns along the way so that we stay on the same page through completion of your floorcloth or pet portrait. Other objects are subject to the terms listed with the item. Authenticity All orders will be shipped with a certificate of authenticity insuring that your piece is an original work of art by artist and designer, Angie Nelson. She does not print or contract other artists to paint any of her floorcloth designs. Each floorcloth is hand painted to the customer's specifications by Angie. Licensing and Wholesale Inquires Please inquire by e-mail if you are interested in using Angie's designs on your products or if interested in limited edition pieces at wholesale costs.
